Hospice Nurse needed in Lewisville, TX.

Salary and Benefits

• The pay range for this position is $75,000 to $90,000
• Health Insurance (employer pays 50%)

• Mileage Reimbursement

Responsibilities

• Monday – Friday Schedule
• Limited On-Call Coverage
• (Two nights per month, One Weekend Per Month) 
• 3-5 Patient Per Day on Average
• Admissions
• Assessments of Patients
• Pain Management
• Coordinate with Physician when needed
• Anticipate changes and educate the patient, family, and caregivers on how to aid and manage symptoms safely
• Coverage Area: Denton, Dallas, Collin County, (Most of North Dallas)
• Case Load of 12-14 patients

Requirements

• Clear and Active Texas Licensure
• Hospice Experience or Home Health Experience
• Reliable Transportation
• High Ethical Standards
